J.O. Goat, Co. offers environmentally friendly alternatives for fuel load reduction, brush and weed control. We will work directly with you, through our educational process, to show you the environmental and economic benefits of goat grazing.
Our goats come in many varieties. They never complain about the “work”, in fact, they love to dine on weeds and brush. They are cared for by only the best herders, hired through Western Range Association. Our herders are truly dedicated and most importantly, they love the animals.
Rounding out our team are our dogs, which consist of purebred Border Collies and Great Pyrenees. Our dogs work hard to ensure the safety of the goats. They have experience with coyotes, domestic dogs, mountain lions, bobcats and other predators who might disturb the flock.
